Your reservation of a charter or use of our Service is an agreement to these Terms. Should any segment of these Terms be unacceptable to you, then the Service is not available for your use.
2. Service Overview

- Yacht rentals for the day
- Evening cruise experiences

- Exclusive celebrations
- Extended yacht journeys
Service availability is subject to confirmation and dependent on climatic conditions. We possess the discretion to alter or withdraw any services without prior notice.
3. Reservations and Booking
3.1 Procedure for Booking
To reserve a charter, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
- Attain a minimum age of 18 years
- Submit information that is both accurate and thorough
- Forward the stipulated deposit as indicated in your reservation approval
- Consent to the outlined Terms & Conditions
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation is contingent on the successful processing of your payment and our issuance of a written acknowledgment. We maintain the authority to decline service at our sole judgment.
3.3 Charter Availability
Availability of charters is dependent on the accessibility of the vessels and favorable meteorological conditions. We endeavor to adjust to your preferred scheduling when possible.
4. Conditions of Payment
4.1 Costing
All cost figures are provided in € and are inclusive of any relevant taxes unless noted otherwise. Price adjustments can be made without prior notification.
4.2 Schedule for Payments
- Initial Payment: A deposit amounting to 50% of the total price for the charter is required at the time of reservation.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is payable no later than 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter.
- Incidental Expenses (if incurred): Payable upon the charter’s conclusion.
4.3 Methods of Payment
Payments can be made using widely-accepted credit cards, direct bank transactions, and authenticated bank drafts. Our payment procedures utilize safe, cryptography-based protection.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a complete refund less any processing charges.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will result in a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund.
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should the weather be considered unsafe for departure by the captain, we provide two options:
- We can arrange for your booking to be moved to an alternative date whenever available, at no additional charge.
- If rebooking isn't feasible, a full refund will be issued.
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case there are technical difficulties with the vessel assigned to you, we will make efforts to arrange another vessel. Should we be unable to do so, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are required to:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Utilize the safety gear provided when necessary
- Inform about any health conditions that might impact their well-being
- Stay within the assigned areas on the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
The items below are forbidden on the vessel:
- Glassware
- Contraband substances
- Guns or any form of weaponry
- Import amounts of beverages that are beyond what is considered moderate consumption
- Animals (with exceptions for pre-authorized cases)
6.3 Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous and respectful. The company has the right to halt a voyage prematurely and without a refund if a passenger's conduct is deemed a safety hazard or if it detracts from the enjoyment of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
The scope of our liability is confined to the sum expended for your charter. We disclaim accountability for:
- Injuries to persons due to their own carelessness
- Loss or destruction of personal belongings
- Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses
- Delays attributable to weather or factors outside our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our comprehensive marine insurance safeguards our fleet and business activities. It is the passengers' duty to arrange insurance covering their own travel and personal effects.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies your admission that maritime activities carry intrinsic dangers, and you accept the responsibility for safeguarding your safety and health.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We maintain the authority to adjust travel plans, paths, or timetables due to climatic conditions, safety needs, or operational demands. We will endeavor to supply suitable substitutions.
9. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for postponements, annulments, or alterations stemming from factors that are out of our control, such as, but not limited to:
- Extreme weather patterns
- Catastrophic events
- Government directives
- Shutdowns of ports
- Technical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We treat your personal data with respect, following our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you agree to our data handling as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
