When should I reserve my booking?
To ensure availability, we advise securing your reservation 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private events or corporate functions, particularly during our busy season from May through September. This also allows time for any personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Client safety is our utmost concern. Should the captain determine that weather poses a risk, we will propose an alternate date for your charter or process a full refund. Weather forecasts are closely tracked, and customers will be informed 24 hours in advance if the weather outlook is concerning.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food and drinks aboard. We also offer outstanding catering services and can tailor menus to your liking. For safety purposes, we do not permit glassware.
Do you accommodate guests who have difficulties with mobility?
Our goal is to be inclusive for all guests. Our fleet includes boats that are equipped to facilitate guests with mobility challenges. We ask that you communicate your requirements at the time of booking, and we will advise the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary arrangements.
Could you outline your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will be refunded at 50%. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
